Ceramic substrates
Typical product of ELCERAM is 96% alumina ceramics (aluminium oxide Al2O3) that is used for boards of ceramic printed circuits and hybrid integrated circuits.
Owing to its mechanical, thermal, chemical and electrical insulating characteristics the substrates are indispensable for modern electronics, high power electronics, microelectronics, sensor techniques and other technology branches.
